Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the information you enter: your name, organization, work email, phone number, selected service, project timeline, project description, and an estimated budget if you choose to provide one. We also record the submission time and your consent to this policy.
Please include only information needed to explain your project. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential records through the enquiry form.
Technical request information, such as a hashed network identifier and request timing, may be processed to apply submission limits, detect automated abuse, and protect the website.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to you, prepare a proposal where appropriate, and manage the conversation about a possible engagement. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
We use limited technical information to operate and protect the website. We do not sell your personal information or use enquiry details for advertising audiences.
Storage, access, and retention
Website enquiries are emailed to our team, and a backup copy is kept in a protected file on our web hosting provider’s servers (Namecheap EasyWP). Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to operate the website or respond to your request. Infrastructure providers may process information outside your country as part of delivering the service.
Our retention target for enquiry records is 90 days. Backup copies older than 90 days are removed when a new enquiry is successfully processed, so they may remain longer if the form is inactive. Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox only for as long as we need them to manage the conversation. You can request deletion at any time. Application request-security and rate-limit records older than two hours are removed during subsequent submission processing. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, any further project records and their retention arrangements are addressed as part of that engagement.
We use access controls and server-side validation to protect submissions. No online service can promise absolute security. If your project has specific confidentiality or data-location requirements, discuss them with us before sharing the relevant information.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party links
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and it does not set non-essential cookies. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when a page loads. A small setting in your browser remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme; it never leaves your device. We will update this policy if the configuration changes.
Phone and WhatsApp links allow you to contact us using those services. When you open WhatsApp, its own terms and privacy practices apply. Information you send through that service is handled there as well as in our conversation with you.
Your choices
You can ask us to explain the personal information we hold from your enquiry, correct an inaccurate detail, or delete the enquiry. Contact us using the number below and provide enough information for us to identify your request. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you before making a change.
You may choose to contact us by phone instead of using the website form. Optional form fields can be left blank.
